BBQ Chicken Lavash Flatbread

This Flatbread was so satisfying and super easy to make. I felt like I was cheating my diet! I mean how often can you get 4 pieces of flatbread for under 250 calories and packed with 24 grams of protein! This is definitely going to be a repeat for me


Ingredients:

½ Josephs Lavash Bread

2 Tbsp Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce (no sugar added)

40 oz grilled chicken, chopped up or shredded

1/3 red onion sliced

A handful of Fresh Cilantro


Directions:

Cut Lavash bread in half

Slice onions

Cook chicken (I used Tyson grilled frozen and warmed it in a skillet)

Spread BBQ sauce onto Lavash bread

Place toppings (chicken and onion)

Spread cheese across the chicken

Garnish with Cilantro
