Mediterranean Tuna Salad (No Mayo)

A healthy option for tuna salad. No mayo! Tons of great flavors found in typical Greek salads. Enjoy!


Ingredients

2 (5oz) Cans While Albacore Tuna

1/2 English Cucumber - sliced

1/3 Red Onion -sliced

12 Grapes Tomatoes - sliced in half

1/2 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts - chopped

1 Tbsp. Artichoke Marinade

1/4 cup Green Olives - chopped

1 Tbsp. minced garlic

1/2 Tbsp. Dried Italian Seasoning

1/3 cup Crumbled Feta

1/4 cup Garbanzo Beans

2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar

Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Drain cans of tuna

Chop all Veggies

Mix all veggies, seasonings and wet ingredients

Salt and pepper to taste

Add Feta and serve
